Where are my estimates stored?
On your iPhone, inside the app. We don't keep a copy. They are included in your iCloud or computer backup, so restoring a new iPhone from that backup brings them back. Without a backup, deleting the app deletes them.
Dictation recognized only part of my job
Name each item with quantity, unit and price, for example: "Paint walls 450 square feet at 2 dollars, primer 3 gallons at 25". You can fix any line before saving. With OrdoBuild Pro, Super Intelligence (SI) can finish what the phone couldn't, after you agree to send that recording.
How do I sign and send an estimate?
Open the estimate → Signature → sign with your finger. Then Open PDF → Share to send it by Messages, Mail or AirDrop, or print it.
Subscription: manage, cancel or restore
Your first 3 estimates are free. OrdoBuild Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. On a new device, open Pro in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Delete my data
Delete estimates in the app (swipe left on a card). There is no account: SI uploads are deleted from our server within 2 hours, and only anonymous usage counters remain. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device.
