The short version
- Your estimates, clients, price book and PDFs are stored on your iPhone. We do not have a copy.
- Voice and photo recognition run on your iPhone first.
- Only if on-device recognition is incomplete, and only after you agree, OrdoBuild Pro sends that one page or dictation recording to Super Intelligence (SI) recognition in the cloud.
- There is no account and no sign-in. We do not sell or share your personal information, show ads, or track you across apps.

Data that stays on your device
Estimates, invoices, client details, company details, signatures, prices, photos you scan and the PDFs you create are saved only in the app on your iPhone. They leave the device only when you share them yourself (for example by Mail, Messages or AirDrop) or when you send a page for SI recognition as described below.
Microphone, speech recognition and camera are used only while you dictate or scan, and only after you grant iOS permission. Dictation uses Apple's on-device speech recognition.
Super Intelligence (SI) recognition
SI is the technology previously called artificial intelligence (AI). It is optional and available with OrdoBuild Pro.

No account
OrdoBuild has no account and no sign-in, and we never receive your name or email. To keep SI within the plan limits, our server stores an anonymous identifier derived from your subscription (a one-way hash of Apple's original transaction ID), your SI usage counters and the subscription status Apple signs. Nothing links this to you as a person.
Subscriptions and payments
Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your card details. With each SI request the app sends the subscription record that Apple signs (product, start and end dates), so we can check that OrdoBuild Pro is active. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
Your rights
You can view, correct, share (as PDF) or delete the data on your device at any time in the app. It is included in your iPhone's iCloud or computer backup. Uploads and results on our server are deleted within 2 hours. Usage counters are anonymous; to have them removed, email us from the app's support page; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to object, to restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority. Our legal basis for SI processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
California and other US states: we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Children
OrdoBuild is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Security and changes
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS); stored server data is encrypted at rest. If we change this policy we update the date above, and for changes to SI processing the app asks for your consent again.
